Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the back of house team
Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
Manage inventory and ordering
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Prior experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
