Job Responsibilities:

Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
Provide feedback and coaching to ensure team members are performing at their best
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs

Qualifications:

Prior experience in training or teaching is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
