WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY
• Taking orders at the counter and drive-thru with accuracy and a genuine smile
• Delivering food with urgency and care — to tables and drive-thru windows
• Engaging guests with warmth, eye contact, and real hospitality — not just processing transactions
• Maintaining cleanliness in your station, the dining room, and all guest-facing areas
• Responding to guest needs and recovery moments with speed and sincerity
• Supporting your team leader and kitchen team so the whole operation stays in rhythm
