WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY
- Setting positional assignments and managing shift flow from open to close
- Coaching in real time — setting expectations, correcting quickly, and building confidence on the floor
- Running kitchen, drive-thru, and dining room operations with speed and accuracy during peak volume
- Catching guest recovery opportunities before they escalate
- Communicating clearly with managers about staffing, issues, and shift priorities
- Supporting training and onboarding — reinforcing the basics for new team members consistently
- Maintaining food-safe standards throughout your shift: temperatures, handling, labeling
- Completing shift documentation, waste logs, and handoff notes (including immediate performance feedback)
