What the job looks like:
* Deep Cleaning & Sanitizing: Ensure our kitchen and service areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
* Prep for Success: Help prepare ingredients and stock the restaurant so the morning team can hit the ground running.
* Maintenance & Organization: Assist with unloading truck deliveries and keeping our storage areas organized.
* Detail-Oriented Tasks: Focus on the "little things" that keep the restaurant running smoothly and looking great.
What we’re looking for:
* Self-Starters: You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to get the job done right.
* Reliability: Since the team is smaller at night, showing up on time is extra important.
* Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable being on your feet and handling tasks like lifting crates or moving equipment.
