NASCAR SpeedPark: PARC Pigeon Forge, LLC, a division of PARC Entertainment, LLC (“PARC”), owns and operates the NASCAR SpeedPark in Sevierville, Tennessee. As an officially licensed attraction of the National Association for Stock Car Racing (“NASCAR”), the park offers exciting side-by-side go-kart racing on eight tracks, together with amusement rides, miniature golf courses, bumper boats, an arcade, and other family-oriented entertainment. Job Purpose: Provide a welcoming and efficient guest experience as the first point of contact at NASCAR SpeedPark. Support daily admissions operations by assisting guests with purchases, answering questions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment while following all company policies and procedures.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Park-Wide Related Duties:

  • Provide a positive first impression by welcoming guests and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Support overall park operations by maintaining awareness of guest needs and service flow
  • Communicate guest concerns, operational issues, or safety concerns to leadership as appropriate
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Department-Specific Duties:

  • Assist guests with admissions purchases, including ticket sales, annual credentials, and group bookings
  • Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently for all transactions
  • Share information about promotions, packages, and special offers to enhance the guest experience
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance throughout their visit
  • Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain balanced cash drawers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the admissions area
  • Support merchandise, group events, and redemption operations as needed
  • Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure readiness for daily operations
  • Contribute to a safe, fun, and memorable experience for guests and team members


SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mission Driven – Demonstrated alignment with PARC’s vision, mission and core values
  • Relationships – Ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive interactions with guests and team members
  • Required Education – None required
  • Preferred Experience – Customer service or cash handling experience preferred
  • Specific Vision Requirements – Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
  • Specific Hearing Requirements – Ability to hear, understand, and respond to verbal communication in a dynamic environment
  • Special Skills – Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Stand for extended periods, walk, and move throughout assigned work areas
  • Use hands and fingers to handle equipment and operate POS systems; reach with hands and arms as needed
  • Bend, stoop, and move quickly as needed during guest service operations
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on assigned location
  • The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to loud
