NASCAR SpeedPark: PARC Pigeon Forge, LLC, a division of PARC Entertainment, LLC (“PARC”), owns and operates the NASCAR SpeedPark in Sevierville, Tennessee. As an officially licensed attraction of the National Association for Stock Car Racing (“NASCAR”), the park offers exciting side-by-side go-kart racing on eight tracks, together with amusement rides, miniature golf courses, rock climbing, bumper boats, an arcade and other family-oriented entertainment. What will you be doing? Provide friendly, helpful service to guests who purchase food and beverage items. Assist and process guest orders. Prepare and serve food in a safe and appealing manner. Keep the food area clean and organized.

Demonstrate “Always Safe”:

  • Prepare food for sale while maintaining DHEC requirements.
  • Keep the food service area clean and orderly.
  • Follow appropriate food storage guidelines.
  • Properly use gloves and hand washing procedures.
  • Serve food that is cooked to the appropriate temperature.
  • Keep walkways clear of clutter and the floor clean, including quickly cleaning food or liquid spills.

Demonstrate “Remember It’s Fun”:

  • Be enthusiastic and promote a friendly and fun atmosphere for our team members and guests.
  • Promote a mutually supportive, unified, “we are all on the same team” relationship with team members in all department and divisions.

Demonstrate “Commit to Excellence”:

  • Take orders, help fill orders, and check all orders for accuracy.
  • Maintain adequate inventory in the food stand/kitchen.
  • Select food information and method of payment using POS system.
  • Receive payment for items and return change as necessary.
  • Load receipt printer as needed.
  • During slow times, prepare for busy times by making sure the drawer has enough change and the food area is properly stocked, prepared and clean.
  • Ensure professional development to enhance work knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards, guidelines, expectations and requirements.
  • Ensure completion of work responsibilities and special projects in accordance with the designated timeframe, as determined by the reporting leader.
  • Adhere to Company ethical requirements, demonstrating the utmost integrity in all professional and personal matters.
  • Provide reporting leader with feedback, ideas and suggestions on a timely basis.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business.
  • Duties supervisor deems necessary for park operations.

  • Must be comfortable working around and with fryers, grills, etc.
  • Occasionally the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time, and exposed to heat from cooking equipment and cold from the freezer or refrigerator.
