SPRIG Garden, a unique and locally owned plant nursery and garden center is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Nursery Manager to join our Santa Rosa team. As the Nursery Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of passionate plant lovers, provide outstanding customer service, and manager the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service levels
- Manage day-to-day operations of the plant nursery and garden center
- Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the Nursery
- Maintain a friendly and convenient environment for customers
- Ensure quality plants and unique gift offerings are available
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in the nursery/garden center industry with sales experience
- Passion for plants, gardening, landscaping, and home projects
- Self-motivated individual with leadership qualities
- able to lift 50 pounds consistently, and to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift
