What You’ll Do
Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team
Deliver outstanding guest experiences every day
Oversee daily operations using company tools and systems
Manage inventory and maintain strong supplier relationships
Monitor store performance, KPIs, and cleanliness standards
Handle cash management and ensure food safety compliance
Implement company initiatives and operational programs
Create and execute local marketing and community engagement efforts
Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma required (business or hospitality degree preferred)
At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in customer service
Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and 8-hour shifts
