As a Front of House Team Member, you play an essential role in creating a guest experience that reflects our standards. You are responsible for preparing and serving menu items accurately, supporting smooth restaurant operations, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects care, professionalism, and respect.
This is a hands-on role that requires focus, accountability, and follow-through. Front of House Team Members help ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and confident in the quality and consistency of their experience.
This is an hourly role. Compensation is based on experience, reliability, and consistency in executing responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Preparing and assembling menu items according to established procedures and quality standards
- Greeting guests and providing a welcoming, respectful, and consistent experience
- Accurately taking guest orders and processing payments using the point-of-sale system
- Protecting food quality, accuracy, and presentation during service
- Maintaining clean, organized, and guest-ready dining and service areas
- Supporting opening and closing procedures as scheduled
- Communicating clearly with Shift Managers and team members to support smooth operations
- Monitoring the guest experience and communicating concerns or issues promptly to leadership
- Supporting cleanliness, organization, and proper care of the restaurant and equipment
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards consistently
- Working with urgency while protecting accuracy, quality, and guest experience
- Showing up on time, prepared, and ready to contribute to the team

Qualifications
- Food Handler certification required prior to beginning in-restaurant work
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- At least 16 years of age
Schedule & Environment
Team Members are responsible for following established food safety procedures and protecting food quality and guest experience at all times.
This role requires working in environments where food products, allergens, cleaning chemicals, and temperature variations are present. The role also requires the ability to stand and move for extended periods and to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds with assistance when available.
Flock & Fresh prepares food in a shared restaurant environment using raw ingredients and common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, and other allergens. While strict food safety procedures are followed, cross-contact may occur due to shared equipment, preparation areas, and handling processes.
