We are looking for an experienced professional to run Culver's of Franklin, TN. Examples of the types of candidates we would like to talk to:
Experienced Restaurant GMs or District Managers - You know the business. This is a high volume location with lots of opportunity for growth.
Teachers - restaurants are a great place to mentor high school students and young adults. A big part of the job is counseling your team members and looking out for them.
First Responders - police men and women and firefighters looking for a change or perhaps having reached pension age and looking for a new opportunity.
Military - one of our best operators in another location served 12 years in the Army and came to us after honorable discharge. The skills, team building, problem solving, and working calmly in sometimes chaotic environments which is learned in the military translates really well to restaurants.
Other professions -- sometimes great people working in other industries are good fits in restaurants. We have seen lawyers, construction managers, healthcare workers, and many others successfully make the transition.
