Experienced Kitchen Crew Member and Equipment Maintenance
Every day, our Kitchen leaders who handle equipment maintenance (we call them Porters) work hard as the caretaker of the facility. They close the doors every night making sure the restaurant is in great shape for the team which arrives the next morning. And they ensure our kitchens are stocked with safe, fresh ingredients that meet our high-quality standards. Basically, porters keep our entire operation running smoothly for guests and staff, so we can deliver a dining experience unlike any other.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately
- Inventory duties, receiving, rotating stock while monitoring shelf life and code dates
- A basic working knowledge of the operation of all restaurant equipment
