- Available shifts may vary based on business needs
- Picking up shifts is the responsibility of the Flex Team Member
- Once a shift is accepted, the Flex-Team Member is responsible for fulfilling their commitment.
- Flex-Team Members are expected to remain knowledgeable of operational & policy updates.
