Chick-fil-A Four Points Austin Location Director

At Chick-fil-A Four Points in Northwest Austin (7710 N FM 620, Bldg. 9, Austin, TX 78726), we are seeking a highly motivated, servant-hearted Front of House Director to lead our restaurant operations with excellence. The Front of House Director is responsible for driving performance, developing leaders, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and stewarding the Chick-fil-A brand in our local community.


This role requires a strong business acumen, hands-on leadership style, and a passion for developing people and serving others. This is a General Manager-caliber position. Completely open availability is required - must be available to work any day, any time.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and service
  • Maintain high standards in food safety, compliance, and brand execution
  • Monitor key performance metrics (sales, labor, food cost, waste, productivity)
  • Ensure consistent execution of Chick-fil-A systems and procedures

Leadership & Team Development

  • Develop high-performing leaders and team members
  • Coach and mentor department leaders
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline through intentional development plans
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and servant leadership

Financial Management

  • Manage P&L performance to meet or exceed financial targets
  • Control labor, food cost, and operational expenses
  • Drive sales growth through operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

Guest Experience

  • Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Model hospitality and create a culture that prioritizes care and excellence

Community Engagement

  • Represent Chick-fil-A Four Points within the local community
  • Build relationships with schools, organizations, and local businesses
  • Support marketing initiatives and community events


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (QSR preferred)
  • Proven experience leading large teams (50+ team members preferred)
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and build culture
  • High emotional intelligence and servant leadership mindset
  • Availability to work flexible hours, any day, any time including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
