A Server (Key Hourly) is a highly-motivated, outgoing team player with the knowledge to guide guests through an exceptional dining experience and produce outstanding sales. With additional duties as a closing manager, the Server (Key Hourly) is responsible, takes initiative, and communicates effectively across FOH and BOH teams.

- ServeSafe Certification (upon completion of training)
- TIPS certification (upon completion of training)
Qualifications:
- One year working as a Server at an SCR restaurant
- Has an interest in beer, wine and cocktail knowledge
- Is willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
- Has physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shift
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to train individuals
- Learner/Coachable
- Can manage cash and keep accurate records
Responsibilities:
- Greets and seats guests
- Answers phone calls and takes togo orders (in absence of a host or to-go coordinator)
- Ensures quality of all prepared meals to spec. and proper kitchen execution of lunch or dinner shifts to meet or exceed ticket time standards
- Communicates specials, features, and promotions
- Sells add-ons and premium beverage/food items
- Takes timely and correct orders and delivers meals
- Handles cash and tips accurately
- Performs company’s 10 Steps of Service and maintains a lively atmosphere (lights/music/tv)
- Maintains a clean dining room and restrooms during service (in absence of a busser)
- Coordinates with all restaurant staff to verify all checklists and restaurant needs are met
- Performs daily opening and closing duties as Server and as Manager
- Assumes bartending responsibilities in absence of mixologist
- Communicates restaurant operational needs to managers
- Maintains a helpful, productive working relationship with the DMO
- Participates in and maintains positive relationships across FOH and BOH teams
- Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events
