A To-Go Coordinator is a highly-motivated, outgoing team player with the knowledge to guide guests through an exceptional ordering and carry out experience while producing outstanding sales.

Qualifications:
Months to a year of working in a full service restaurant
Is willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
Has physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shift
Effective communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to train individuals
Learner/Coachable
Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls, suggests features, and takes to-go orders
- Greets to-go walk-in guests, suggests features, and takes to-go orders
- Sells add-ons and premium beverage/food items
- Maintains organization of tickets to guide BOH in flow of service
- Takes timely, correct orders and accurately packs orders
- Handles cash and tips accurately
- Maintains a clean dining room and restrooms during service (in absence of a busser)
- Performs daily opening and closing duties
- Communicates restaurant operational needs to managers
- Maintains helpful, productive working relationships with the Food Quality Inspector and Chefs
- Effectively communicates shift hand-off to Mixologist
- Participates in and maintains positive relationships across FOH and BOH teams
- Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events
