Early Morning "truck" (Stocker) + Kitchen

Chick-fil-A Early Morning Stocker / Inventory / Kitchen support


We are a very high volume Chick-fil-A location so we get a truck of supplies every day Monday through Saturday. The vendor unloads it and puts it into our building, then our people put it away.


NOTE: we are a non-smoking property (you may not smoke anywhere on the property, including your vehicle)


Location: Chick-fil-A in Lee's Summit, MO


Shift: Starts at 5am. Shift options are 5am-9am, 5am-11am and 5am-2pm


Schedule: We can schedule 2, 3,4 or 5 shifts/week.


Duties include:

  • Work in teams of two (you do NOT work alone)
  • Put away fresh produce, frozen items and non-food supplies
  • Assist with inventory and learn to place our truck orders.
  • Learn kitchen operational positions to get the kitchen started strong for the day
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all supply areas
  • Adhere to all food safety guidelines and expectations
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable and trustworthy - employment references who vouch for your reliability and honesty are required for consideration
  • Detail-oriented (items must be stocked according to our store layout plan and procedures)
  • Physically able to lift heavy items repeatedly for over 2 hours
  • Physically able to climb ladders, push, pull, bend, stoop, reach etc. for 3 solid hours
  • Positive attitude and friendly, professional personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • English skills are required

Chick-fil-A policies & appearance standards to be aware of:

  • Non-smoking property. No smoking on business premises. We do not give smoke breaks.
  • No cursing or profanity. Respectful language and interpersonal skills are our standard.
  • Drug-free workplace. All employees must submit to a drug test upon request.
  • Our people are neat, clean and professional
  • Facial hair is fine but beards and mustaches must be neat and trimmed
  • Tattoos are fine, but not on the face or neck
  • Hair cannot be a color of the rainbow (blue, green, etc.)
  • Hair must be secured & out of your face
