Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
- Maintain and stock kitchen stations
- Keep the kitchen clean and orderly
- Stay updated on new products
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Back of House Team Member Qualifications and Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Consistent, reliable, and customer service oriented
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
