- Smile and create emotional connections with guests
- Operate cash registers and serve orders with speed and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and productive workstation
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Front of House Team Member Qualifications and Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
