In this role, you'll coach and train associates, manage essential opening and closing procedures, and foster a positive and dynamic work environment.
**Looking for somone to fill a position for 20-24 hours a week on nights and weekends.**
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers attentively and enthusiastically
- Anticipate customer needs and remove service barriers
- Ensure the team delivers Donatos Service Behaviors
- Contribute to team morale with enthusiasm and commitment
- Train new associates to uphold Donatos standards
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform essential job functions safely and meet productivity standards
- Able to stand and/or walk for the entire shift
- Capable of occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- Experience as a Shift Leader
- Successful completion of Donatos M.I.T. Program and certifications
