Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations, including inventory management and staff engagement.
- Conduct daily Guest Experience 360 assessments to ensure a successful store opening.
- Manage recruitment, training, and development of employees to maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean environment.
- Engage in local store marketing and build connections within the community.
Qualifications:
- Completed training for all restaurant positions with certification.
- Serve Safe certification is a must.
- Previous management experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (90% of the shift).
- Frequent bending, stooping, and other physical activities required.
