We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bowling Alley Attendant to join our team! You’ll be the face of our boutique bowling alley, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. From maintaining the lanes to assisting guests with their needs, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun and energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with lane reservations, and provide instructions on using bowling equipment.
- Lane Management: Ensure lanes, scoring systems, and bowling balls are clean and functioning properly; address mechanical issues or escalate them to a technician.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy and safe environment throughout the bowling alley, including lanes, seating areas, and rental areas.
- Event Assistance: Support private events and parties by setting up lanes, decorations, and ensuring smooth operations during the events.
- Cash Handling: Process payments for lane rentals, food, alcohol, beverage, and merchandise accurately and securely.
- Upselling: Promote specials, events, and merchandise to enhance the guest experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic mechanical skills or a willingness to learn how to troubleshoot lane equipment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
