This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who leads with confidence, communicates clearly, and takes pride in developing others.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day flow of the restaurant alongside the General Manager
- Coach and develop hourly managers and team members
- Build schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure shifts run smoothly
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and operational organization
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Step in to resolve issues quickly and keep the team focused
- Support hiring decisions and team development
