Responsibilities
Include:
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Assist in accurate and consistent processing of vendor invoices
- Process checks for payment
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Assist in month end closings
- Assist in special projects as necessary
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of combined accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High level of accuracy and efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
