Essential Functions:
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of hourly managers and non-management associates
- Assign work responsibilities, prepare schedules, and ensure all shifts are covered
- Prepare daily orders and stock units with appropriate product levels
- Coach hourly managers and conduct on-the-job training for associates
- Resolve routine issues and refer complex problems to higher levels
- Provide recommendations for hiring, firing, and advancement of associates
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
- 1 year of job-related experience in Food & Beverage or Merchandise operations
- Demonstrated team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with individuals
