Primary Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to Rigsby's specifications.
- Serve food and drinks to guests with courtesy and promptness.
Specific Functions and Duties:
- Prepare beverages by mixing ingredients.
- Engage with bar guests to create a friendly and warm atmosphere.
- Complete opening and closing side work efficiently.
- Present guest checks and process transactions accurately.
- Relay food orders to the kitchen in a timely manner.
Qualification Standards:
- Ability to operate bar equipment such as blenders and frozen drink machines.
- Willingness to stand during the entire shift.
- Basic math, reading, and verbal communication skills.
