Key Responsibilities:
- Control daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage profitability and weekly inventories
- Conduct weekly manager meetings and write monthly reviews for assistants
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and development of employees
- Ensure compliance with state and local laws, including DHEC rules and alcohol laws
Requirements:
- 4+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Flexible, results-driven, and detail-oriented
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds
- Extended periods of time spent walking and/or standing
