Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina is seeking a highly skilled Shift Leader to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be essential in overseeing daily operations, ensuring our team excels, and maintaining the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and guide the daily activities of team members
- Coordinate breaks for hourly associates
- Execute opening, daily, and closing procedures following company protocols
- Manage cash register operations and secure cash handling
- Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication skills - able to speak, read, and comprehend instructions
- Experience in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service is preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
