Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team, complete summaries, and assist with patient rounds and orders.
- Provide patient observation, assessments, and interventions, recording progress accurately.
- Document all nursing activities and ensure optimal standards of care and safety.
- Prioritizes activities and plans for effective use of time and staff in meeting patient needs.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Recent physical and TB test (within one year)
- Driver's License or State ID
- Minimum 6 months RN experience
