Key Responsibilities
- Create front of house labor schedule and adhere to labor goals
- Create, maintain, and monitor front of house cleanliness systems
- Monitor food cost relative to the front of house and create solutions to solve for gaps
- Handle in-restaurant guest recovery
- Consistently evaluate operational effectiveness and throughput to determine opportunities to improve
- Work in conjunction with talent director to promote and train additional leaders
- Coach shift leads on effective shift management
- Lead front of house bi-weekly meetings & 1x1's with shift leads to develop them
- Set and monitor goals with Assistant Directors and shift leads
Time Requirement
- 35+ hours a week
- 75/25 split operations & administrative
- Saturday availability required
