No Soliciting is an exclusive, high-end bourbon bar for members to gather, share stories, enjoy cocktails, and discuss conquering what’s next.
We are looking for experienced Bartenders to provide exceptional service to our members and their guests. The right person for this role will have extensive experience with craft cocktail development and proficient knowledge of spirits with an emphasis on bourbon.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and their guests upon arrival
- Prepare cocktails using proper technique for consistent execution
- Maintain expert knowledge of our menu and cocktail recipes
- Assess and anticipate guests needs, make recommendations accordingly
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism is maintained at all times
- Ring up accurate tabs in the POS system and process transactions quickly
- Encourage and help other team members, assist without having to be asked
- Complete opening and closing duties – keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Qualifications
- High-volume and upscale bartending experience required
- Previous experience working with a fresh bar preferred
- Expert knowledge of liquor, wine and beer with an emphasis on mixology
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Sense of urgency while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position (standing, walking at pace, etc.)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
