This position is for a new Chick-fil-A® restaurant opening May 2026 in the Grafton area of Yorktown, VA. Full Time Team Members selected for this role will begin employment and complete training at Chick-fil-A® Victory Boulevard. Once the Grafton location opens, Team Members will transition to the new restaurant.

Please note that the projected opening date is subject to change. Applicants must be willing to train at the Victory Boulevard location and transition to the Grafton restaurant upon opening. Schedule flexibility may be required during the training period and initial opening weeks.

Dishwasher

A Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. This role supports kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean items and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
• Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
• Clean food prep stations and equipment

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to follow recipes, safety procedures, and operational guidelines precisely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
