This position is for a new Chick-fil-A® restaurant opening May 2026 in the Grafton area of Yorktown, VA. Full Time Team Members selected for this role will begin employment and complete training at Chick-fil-A® Victory Boulevard. Once the Grafton location opens, Team Members will transition to the new restaurant.

Qualified Candidates:
- Must be 18+
- Must be available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
- Weekend availability required (Friday and Saturday)
- 2 years of leadership experience (preferred)
- 1 year restaurant experience (preferred)
- Smile and have a cheerful and positive attitude
- Value teamwork and love serving and helping others
- Maintain high level of energy with strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
- Must be quick and diligent
- Must be willing to improve on the job
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Follow food safety guidelines
