Immediate Opening: Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator
Whiting's Foods is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, and personnel administration.

Whiting's Foods employs hundreds of seasonal crew members each year at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Kaiser Permanente Arena. The HR Coordinator plays an important role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting the team that helps make these operations successful.

Compensation & Benefits
- $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates
- Support new hire onboarding and training preparation
- Maintain organized employee records and personnel files
- Communicate important deadlines, certifications, and updates to employees
- Help coordinate employee recognition programs and employee events
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
