2024 WAGE INFO:
- TIPS ARE HAPPENING!!!! Besides your hourly wage, Crew has been able to accept tips since March 2022! This has been leading to approximately $4 more PER HOUR in tips! (Higher at Arena!)
- The countersales wage for those who are 18 years of age and over is $17.00 per hour. PLUS TIPS!
- The countersales wage for those who are 16 and 17 years of age is $16.50 per hour. PLUS TIPS!
- For the few spots we have for those who are 14 and 15 years of age, the wage is $16.00 PLUS TIPS!
- Lead positions are available, especially for rehires, and the pay varies based on the store and the age of the crew member.
NEW TRAINING REQUIREMENTS -
To be transparent with you, we want you to know that there are now two more government-mandated online courses in addition to the Food Handler Card and Work Permits.
- First, for those 18 years of age and up, there is a "Responsible Beverage Service" (RBS) course for beer and wine selling. Crew who are 18 and up that don't have this on file will make the wage of a 16/17-year-old and have reduced scheduling opportunities.
- Second, for all crew, is a "Harassment Prevention" course. This will be provided in the Whiting's learning portal.
As always, we are seeking people who are available on weekends.
There will be more weekday hours available as we approach summer. Even then, weekend availability is important.
