Main Responsibilities of a Biscuit Maker:

  • Preparing biscuit station, ingredients, equipment, and following the procedures to prepare famous Bojangles biscuits.
  • Preparing and cooking biscuits to satisfy demand for one iconic Bojangles product.

Cook Job Description:

We are looking for a biscuit maker to fill a vacant spot in our kitchen staff and to contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant.

We are looking for someone to work as a team player, follow instructions, and help us delight our customers with delicious food from our menu made from scratch. In addition to biscuit-baking skills, great communication is paramount.

A good candidate for this job is a person with attention to detail who can keep the biscuit station clean while preparing, cooking/baking, and arranging biscuits for DT and Front Counter. We pride ourselves in our exceptional biscuit quality, and we expect nothing less from our cooks.

Responsibilities of a Cook:

  • Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized biscuit station.
  • Preparing workstations for baking.
  • Preparing and maintaining ovens, tables, reach-in-coolers, and all equipment clean.
  • Checking the quality of the ingredients.
  • Preparing baking ingredients using Bojangles procedures.
  • Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.

Biscuit Maker Requirements:

  • Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
  • Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
