Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly with a smile to create a welcoming atmosphere
Serve food according to Chick-fil-A’s quality and food safety standards
Assist with beverage and dessert preparation
Maintain cleanliness of front counter, storage, and kitchen areas
Restock supplies to keep operations running smoothly
Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures diligently

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing personality that enhances the guest experience
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods (4+ consecutive hours)
Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) for restocking and cleaning duties
Ability to move quickly and efficiently during shifts
