Key Responsibilities
- Wash and disinfect dishes, pots, pans, utensils, dishwasher and kitchen equipment following proper procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including floors, counters, and cooking equipment
- Maintain clean, sanitized floors (sweep/mop) - Front/Back of House
- Ensure trash cans are emptied and ready for use - Front/Back of House
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines to comply with health regulations
- Properly store clean dishes and ensure their availability at all times
- Assist other staff members with various tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Minimal prior experience as a dishwasher preferred
