Customer Service Representative - Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and assist customers
- Convert potential customers into booked calls
- Set up new customers in ERP and maintain detailed records
- Coordinate appointments and dispatch effectively
- Promote company services and products enthusiastically
- Handle difficult customer situations with prompt responses
- Provide support via various communication channels
- Participate in accounts receivable activities
- Escalate issues for timely resolution
- Solicit and respond to customer feedback
