As an Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our 200-employee organization. Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support accurate, complete, and timely financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries for the month-end close.
- Manage lease schedules to comply with new lease accounting standards.
- Develop ad hoc reports to drive standardized and actionable reporting.
- Engage with management, auditors, and regulatory agencies for inquiries.
- Prepare Monthly Financial Packets and manage vendor/customer relationships.
- Oversee cash accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll entries and sales tax reporting.
Skills & Specifications:
- Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passionate and hardworking with strong customer service skills.
