Coastal Cooling is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians (3+ years) for residential/light commercial work. We offer steady, year-round employment with no sales pressure and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various models of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Work effectively in diverse physical conditions and environments.
- Accurately document service activities using our in-house electronic system.
- Deliver high-quality service without sales quotas.

Requirements:
- 3+ years HVAC service experience
- Valid driver’s license
