$17-$19/hr based on experience
Minimum 2 years of dispatch/customer service experience

As a United Air Temp Customer Care / Dispatch Coordinator, My Responsibilities Include:
- Receive inbound/make outbound calls to schedule maintenance and repair calls
- Data enter accurate information when scheduling appointments for maintenance and repair HVAC/Plumbing professionals
- Contact customers before all in-home appointments to ensure customers are home for the appointment.
- Communicate continually throughout the day with field professionals to support their success (and Yours!)
- Follow up with customers to address and resolve outstanding issues
- Process/schedule part orders generated through field personnel.
