Partnership and Sales Lead

Rate of pay$25 - 26.75 per hour

Position Overview:


The Community Partnerships & Sales Lead plays a vital role in cultivating strategic relationships, driving

catering and outside sales, and overseeing community engagement efforts that align with the restaurant’s

philanthropic and brand goals. This leader will be responsible for generating growth in restaurant revenue—

especially catering sales—while serving as the liaison between Chick-fil-A and the surrounding community,

nonprofit organizations, and local business networks.

paced environment, can identify partnership opportunities, and activate them through structured programs,


local marketing efforts, and values-aligned philanthropy.


Primary Responsibilities: (Inclusive of but not limited to)


Catering Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow catering revenue across multiple sales channels

- Proactively identify and pursue business-to-business (B2B) and organization-level catering leads

- Monitor catering trends and build packages that align with customer needs and seasonal demand


Community Engagement & Partnerships

- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with local schools, churches, nonprofits, chambers of

commerce, and business associations

- Ensure all community engagements reflect Chick-fil-A's core values and philanthropic pillars

- Represent the restaurant at local events, networking opportunities, and community initiatives


Philanthropy & Giving Program Oversight

- Manage all donation requests, Spirit Nights, sponsorships, and charitable contributions

- Develop a system for evaluating giving opportunities based on alignment with mission and ROI potential

- Track and report on giving impact quarterly for internal review


Marketing Alignment & Check Average Strategies

- Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to execute DMA, national, and local campaigns

- Implement promotional strategies and bundles that increase check averages and guest frequency

- Support store-level LTOs, loyalty efforts, and Spotlight program initiatives


Reporting & Administration

- Maintain an organized CRM or contact database of all external partners and leads

- Track sales performance and community impact with weekly or monthly updates

- Provide performance data and engagement outcomes to the Managing Director and Owner/Operator

- Represents Franchised locations, BJH Hospitality Group, INC., and Chick-fil-A brand

- Protect and support Owner/Operator


Key Success Metrics:

- Monthly and quarterly growth in catering revenue

- Increase in average check size and large group orders

- Quantity and quality of community partnerships initiated and maintained

- Philanthropic impact aligned with organizational values

- Execution and participation in DMA/local marketing activations


Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in sales, community relations, nonprofit engagement, or marketing

- Strong understanding of Chick-fil-A brand standards and community reputation

- Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and activate community programs

- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy, project ownership, and relationship management

- Excellent communication, public speaking, and organizational skills

- Proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, CRM platforms, and Spotlight (preferred)


Work Schedule & Parameters:

- This is a part-time position, capped at 30 hours per week

- Additional hours may only be worked with prior approval from the Managing Director

- Must be able to physically lift minimum of 25lbs or more consistently and understand that this role involves

physical activity including but not limited to constant standing, bending, and lifting

- Some weekend and evening availability may be required for key community or catering events. Some

remote work may be approved from company provided offsite office only
