As the Front Of House General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of front of house management, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee staff education, training, and scheduling to develop a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional results 
• Maintain and troubleshoot draft lines 
• Develop menus to enhance guest experience
• Manage inventory and ensure proper maintenance
• Product knowledge and rollout 
• Handle guest reservations and correspondence including private events
• Ensure accurate daily cash handling
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations 
• Lead the taproom to achieve new and greater goals in order to stand above the competition within the industry 
• Implement and optimize standard operating procedures to enhance production workflows and minimize waste 
• Prioritize and enhance the overall customer experience through exceptional service, product quality, and innovation 
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to brewery operations 

Qualifications: 

• Availability to work Tuesday-Sunday shifts, nights, and weekends
• Certified Beer Server certification required within 60 days of hire
• Familiarity with local alcohol service laws
• TIPS certification within 60 days of hire
• At least 3 years of restaurant/bar management experience (beer industry experience is a plus!)
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
