As the Front Of House General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of front of house management, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff education, training, and scheduling to develop a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional results
- Maintain and troubleshoot draft lines
- Develop menus to enhance guest experience
- Manage inventory and ensure proper maintenance
- Product knowledge and rollout
- Handle guest reservations and correspondence including private events
- Ensure accurate daily cash handling
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Lead the taproom to achieve new and greater goals in order to stand above the competition within the industry
- Implement and optimize standard operating procedures to enhance production workflows and minimize waste
- Prioritize and enhance the overall customer experience through exceptional service, product quality, and innovation
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to brewery operations
Qualifications:
- Availability to work Tuesday-Sunday shifts, nights, and weekends
- Certified Beer Server certification required within 60 days of hire
- Familiarity with local alcohol service laws
- TIPS certification within 60 days of hire
- At least 3 years of restaurant/bar management experience (beer industry experience is a plus!)
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
