Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, from prep to plate presentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of cooks, prep staff, and dishwashers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen that meets health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and seasonal specials.
- Control food costs while keeping quality consistent.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in a kitchen management or leadership role (restaurant/bar experience preferred).
- Strong culinary knowledge, leadership ability, and organization skills.
- Hands-on leader who thrives under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
- Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a busy kitchen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
