Truck & Dishes Team Member (Early Morning Shift)

This specific role is a behind-the-scenes focused on early morning operations, helping set the restaurant up for success each day through truck delivery and kitchen support.

- Full-Time and Part-Time
- 5:15am – 2:00pm shift

Responsibilities
- Unload and organize truck deliveries with accuracy and urgency
- Stock inventory in walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas
- Maintain clean and organized back-of-house spaces
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support the kitchen team as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Must be able to work early morning hours consistently
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and hard-working
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
