Our Culver City flagship location is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Associate to be a welcoming face of our premium beauty destination. Since opening in 2007, we've built a stellar reputation for outstanding client experiences—and maintaining that standard starts at our front desk team.
About the Role
As part of our reception team, you’ll help coordinate a busy front desk where high-touch luxury service meets a fast-paced environment. This is a vital, collaborative role requiring strong personal reliability and a steady work ethic.
Schedule & Hours (Approx. 26 hours/week):
- Wednesday & Thursday: Afternoon/Evening shifts

- Assisting with our appointment book and optimizing daily scheduling flows.
- Processing retail and service transactions accurately.
- Handling multi-line phone calls, client emails, and text correspondence.
- Maintaining front-of-house aesthetics and supporting daily spa operations alongside the team.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of professional front desk, retail, or hospitality experience (premium salon or spa experience is a plus, but a great service attitude is key).
- A reliable, mature approach to work—you pride yourself on punctuality, keeping a cool head under pressure, and showing up ready to support the team.
- Exceptional phone presence and polished, professional communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with modern scheduling software and basic computer systems.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base compensation.
- Paid vacation.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- A supportive, professional team environment.
- Health Insurance Eligibility: We proudly offer comprehensive medical benefits; please note that per company and ACA policy, this requires maintaining a consistent schedule of 30+ hours per week. Opportunities to expand hours may become available based on performance and business needs.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT – Please Read Before Applying
- Administrative Track Only: This is a reception position for someone who loves the business, organization, and customer service side of the beauty industry.
- No Treatment Room Candidates: To ensure long-term stability in this team role, we will not consider candidates who are licensed estheticians or current esthetics students unless your explicit, long-term career goal is the administrative/business side rather than service provider roles. If your ultimate goal is to work behind the treatment room door, this position is not a fit for you. No exceptions.
