Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients In Store, networking, referrals, and market research
- Sales Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver tailored presentations highlighting product or service benefits
- Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements to meet client needs and company profitability targets
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Collaboration: Work with Management and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and with customer service teams to resolve client issues
- Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and prepare reports for leadership
- Industry Engagement: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and stay informed about market trends

Retail Sales Representative Job Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- BS degree in marketing or related field is a plus
- Experience as a retail sales representative or similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with visual merchandising
- Ability to stock and restock shelves
- Strong communication skills

- Good organization skills
