Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients In Store, networking, referrals, and market research
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver tailored presentations highlighting product or service benefits
Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements to meet client needs and company profitability targets
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Collaboration: Work with Management and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and with customer service teams to resolve client issues
Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and prepare reports for leadership

Retail Sales Representative Job Requirements:
