Front of House Director

Rate of pay$25 - 35 per hour

We are seeking a Chick-fil-A Front of House Director to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations within the customer-facing sales channels. This includes both the Front Counter and Drive Thru. By creating a comprehensive business plan, you will set out to achieve growth and financial goals set by the Owner/Operator. Your success will be ensured by your investment in a dynamic team motivated to lead the daily Front of House operations. Your continual assessment of key performance indicators and processes will create a world class Chick-fil-A Drive Thru that is quick, accurate and never rushed, as well as a Remarkable customer experience at the Front Counter!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve operational practices
  • Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
  • Track and forecast operational sales and labor trends and analysis
  • Provide daily operations oversight for Drive Thru teams
  • Formalize systems and procedures to create clarity and organization

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in operations or other related fields
  • Strong project management skills
